Account Registration & Verification

KYC Documents Accepted

Verification Timeline
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. During peak periods it may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held in a pending state until verification is successfully completed.
Mobile Number Verification
Your registered Bangladeshi mobile number is used for OTP authentication on new device logins and large withdrawal requests. Ensure your number remains current; update it immediately if it changes.
Email Verification

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that offer only; these general Terms continue to govern all other aspects of your account.
Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. jilievo cc reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors is detected.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Betting & Gaming Rules

- An event result is subject to official protest or investigation by the relevant sporting authority.
For casino games and slot titles, the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel. jilievo cc does not alter RTP settings from those certified by the provider. All casino game outcomes are determined by independently tested random number generators.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per bet type. These are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of wagering. Attempting to place a wager that exceeds maximum limits will result in the wager being rejected or reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on jilievo cc. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or submitting forged verification documents.
- Money laundering: Using jilievo cc to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity. We are committed to full cooperation with relevant authorities on any money-laundering investigation.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering rings, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or any other method that violates the spirit of our promotional offers.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage at live casino tables or in any game format where player decisions interact.

Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your jilievo cc account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closures are typically processed within 48 hours of a verified request.
jilievo cc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is associated with the account;
- The account is being used to facilitate money laundering or other financial crime;
- The account holder has provided false or misleading registration or verification information;
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jilievo cc will communicate the reason for suspension (to the extent permitted by applicable law) and specify the documentation or information required to resolve the matter. Verified real-money balances in suspended accounts will be held securely and returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour.

Voluntary Closure
Email [email protected] from your registered address. Withdraw your remaining balance first. Closure is processed within 48 hours. You may reopen a voluntarily closed account subject to re-verification.
Involuntary Suspension
jilievo cc may suspend without notice for Terms violations. Funds are held securely pending investigation. Appeals may be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of notification.
Self-Exclusion Closure

Account Reinstatement
Voluntarily closed accounts may be reinstated upon request, subject to identity re-verification. Accounts closed due to Terms violations or confirmed fraud are not eligible for reinstatement.
